Code of Conduct
  1. Respect others. Treat all other players with dignity and respect. Be respectful of other members of the guild, their abilities, their contributions, and any extra duties they perform to keep the guild running.
  2. Be mature. Immature and infantile behaviour is not tolerated. This is a guild of adults, so make sure you act like it.
  3. You are part of a guild. We succeed as a group, not as individuals. Self-centred and self-absorbed attitudes are not helpful.
  4. Not everyone will get along with everyone else. That's life.
  5. Not everyone will agree with everyone else. Its a large guild and conflict will inevitably arise. As adults, members are expected to either try to resolve disagreements with other players civilly, privately and independently. Failing that, try to work around it. Approach an Officer for assistance if you have exhausted all other options.
  6. Drama will not be tolerated. Disagreements or other behaviours which become disruptive are unacceptable.
  7. Guild rules will inevitably change over time. Members are expected to accept and adhere to new rules regardless of their personal opinions. Be mindful that the Guild Leadership tries to make decisions that are best for the guild as a whole and for the long term, which may not necessarily correspond to the best decision for you personally right now. Constructive feedback and discussion on all aspects of the guild and raiding are always welcome. Complaints should not be made unless accompanied by alternative proposals. All feedback and discussion should respect this Code of Conduct.
  8. Read the Discord. The Discord is the main way of communicating important guild information (as well as a lot of trivial guild information). Most importantly, changes to raid strategies and guild announcements are made there. It is your responsibility to check the Discord regularly and stay informed of any important information.
  9. Do not engage in any activity that will bring the guild's name into disrepute. Behaviours such as spamming, trolling, ninjaing, begging, flaming, or other anti-social actions are not acceptable.
  10. Do not use excessive, gratuitous or explicit language. Justifiable mature language and conversation is to be accepted in a guild of adults. Politics, religion, and similarly divisive topics are embargoed.
  11. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or prejudicial behaviour of any form is expressly forbidden and will be met with immediate expulsion from the guild. Intentionally vexatious, obstructive, malicious, hostile, aggressive, or insulting behaviour is not acceptable.
  12. Follow these rules at all times. This creates the infinite recursive loop of order.

Loot Council
Will decide the allocation of loot to raid members. Criteria is based on raid attendance, performance and the benefit % that the loot will provide that member. There are certain caveats to certain pieces however:
  • Main-tank has priority on tanking gear and Thunderfury.
  • Class specific items will be the class officers decision based on raider performance.
  • Set bonus will have priority for allocation e.g. if a player is about to hit his 2-set bonus then he will get the item. (Main-tank is excluded from this ruling)
  • At the end of the day; whoever the item will improve the most therefore the overall raid will get the item.
  • Raiding is a team effort and raiders need to put the team first. Loot whores have no place in the raid. Everyone will be geared over time.
  • Slacking and lack of consumables will also result in being severely less eligible for gear allocation.

Raid Rules
  1. Mandatory for every single raid member to bring the best consumables for their class. If that is not known by the player; the Class Officer should be able to provide that information.
  2. Attendance will be controlled on the guild website where everyone is required to sign up days before raid time. If you are not able to fulfill that commitment due to an emergency then the Raid Leader / Class Officer will need to be notified at least 2 hours before the start of the raid. Unless there is an event that is completely out of the raider’s control there will be a form of penalization regarding loot council’s decision in the future.
  3. Every single member of the raid are required to have their hearthstone set to Stormwind until Phase 6.
  4. Raid invites will start 20 minutes before raid time. Raiders are required to be online and ready to go at this time with their respective consumables.
  5. Drama is never acceptable and any disputes need to be settled out of raid preferably with a class officer. If this occurs during a raid; both parties will be kicked and class officers will take note of this for loot council penalization.

Class Officers
Class Officers are officers in the guild and a part of loot council. Their criteria for selection is as follows:
  • They need to be an active raider and charismatic.
  • They are there to set an example for the other people under them and so they need to perform incredibly well at their role.
  • They need to know their class well and able to share their knowledge with their peers.
  • They also are required to know the role specific mechanics regarding boss encounters and need to communicate with their peers on what needs to be done.
  • Multispec class officers need to cover all aspects of their class i.e. tanking, dps and healing.
  • They are required to maintain a living document of their peer’s gear, performance and attendance to assist in loot allocation during loot council.
